Dear Mr. Boo Radley, We have often wondered what you are like, and if you would be any fun to play with. We are inviting you to come outside and play. We promise not to hurt you, or harm you in any way. We will even buy you an ice cream cone if you agree! We hope to see you soon. Sincerely, Scout & Jem Finch, and Charles Baker Harris
The letter above was written to Boo Radley by Scout and her friends. This shows that Scout was very curious as to what was going on inside the Radley household. This also represents how the children wanted to interact with Mr. Boo Radley. They were even offering him ice cream if he were to come out to play. They were even attempting to put this note through his window for him to receive it. Through this event, you can see that Scout's curiosity sometimes gets the best of her.
